Rajesh And Nupur Talwar Acquitted By Allahabad High Court
Allahabad High Court has acquitted Aarushi’s parents in the murder case of one of the biggest Murder mystery in the country. That is, the murderer of Aarushi and Hemraj is not his parents. After the Allahabad High Court’s decision, the parents have not only been acquitted of murder charges, but the scars of their own daughter’s murderer have been burnt. The prosecutor says that the CBI had said that if the Allahabad High Court’s decision goes against him then it will be challenged in the Supreme Court. This case was investigated by CBI, the country’s largest investigating agency. From 2008, the matter reached the CBI passing through various investigative agencies, it examined it, but it is clear from the Allahabad High Court that till now the world is unaware of Aarushi’s murderer.
Why the Talwar that was taken away?
In fact, the Allahabad High Court, while canceling the lower court verdict in its verdict, said there is no concrete evidence against the Talwar couple and cannot be punished only on the basis of circumstantial evidence.
The matter is that in the lower court this matter came to light that Aarushi and Hemraj had been murdered. Their neckties were cut off. But the police and the CBI could not get the veto of murder till today.

Rahul Mishra, friend of Talwar couple, says that the Allahabad High Court’s decision has opened the CBI probe panel. They say that to win the case only the CBI should not work, rather it should work to bring the truth out. He says that the mental stress which the sword family has passed is not to be confronted by any enemy. Rahul Mishra said, “A lot of relief, CBI lies in the lie.”
CBI court sentenced to life imprisonment
The special court of the special CBI court convicted Rajesh-Nupur Talwar, the daughter of her daughter Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj, and was sentenced to life imprisonment. The bench reserved its verdict on September 7 on the appeal of the Talwar couple and the date for the verdict was fixed October 12.
According to the Talwar couple’s information, the sleeping couple in Ghaziabad’s Dasna Jail did not sleepless night after sleeping in the night before the verdict. Did not even have breakfast in the morning. Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar urged the prison staff to reconsider the update of the decision.
The most discussed Murder Case?
The story of this case which shook the whole country started in 2008. On May 16 2008, the body of 14-year-old Aarushi found in the Javayu Vihar area of Noida. On the very next day, the body of Hemraj was found in the roof of the neighboring neighbor.
In the case, police arrested Rajesh Talwar, father of Aarushi. On May 29, 2008, then Chief Minister Mayawati handed over the investigation to the CBI. During the investigation of CBI, cases of murder were registered on the Talwar couple.
After hearing all the parties in the Murder case, the CBI court sentenced Nupur and Rajesh Talwar to life imprisonment on November 26, 2013. The guilty parents of Aarushi’s assassination against the CBI’s decision went to the High Court and filed an appeal. Rajesh and Nupur are currently hanging in Ghaziabad’s Dasna jail.
