Biggest Murder Case in The Country Will Rise From The Mystery Curtain
Allahabad High Court will pronounce verdict on October 12 in Noida’s well-known Aarushi-Hemraj massacre The Bench of Justice BK Narayan and Arvind Kumar Mishra will pronounce the verdict in this case after 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
In this case, the accused couple Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar has filed an appeal in the Allahabad High Court against the life imprisonment given by the CBI court, Ghaziabad. After long arguments of both sides the court had secured the decision. Now the court will hear its verdict on Thursday. It is known that the murder of Dr. Talwar’s minor daughter Arushi was done on the night of 15-16 May 2008 at home in Sector-25, Noida. During the discussion, the body of his domestic servant Hemraj was also found on the roof of the house. The CBI had filed a closure report due to lack of direct evidence, but the CBI court took cognizance of it and sued the Talwar couple and sentenced them to life imprisonment while convicting them of murder, Which has been challenged in the Allahabad High Court.
Ghaziabad-based special CBI court had sentenced Rajesh and Nupur to life imprisonment on November 26, 2013. One day before this, they were convicted. Arushi was his daughter. Rajesh and Nupur are currently hanging in Ghaziabad’s Dasna jail. The Bench of Justice BK Narayan and Justice AK Mishra secured his decision on September 7 on the appeal of the Talwar couple and fixed the date for the pronouncement on 12th October. In May 2008, the body of 14-year-old Arushi’s body was recovered in her house in Jalvayu Vihar area of Noida. Initially, the needle of doubt went to Hemraj, but after two days the body of the house was recovered from the roof of the house. Uttar Pradesh’s immediate Chief Minister Mayawati handed over the probe to the CBI.
Rajesh And Nupur Talwar
Rajesh Talwar and Nupur Talwar have told the High Court that they are innocent they neither killed their daughter nor did Hemraj. A special CBI court had sentenced the parents of Arushi in 2013. The Talwar couple has filed an application in the High Court against this decision.
The High Court has seen every case of trial court decision. The bench of two High Court judges has taken into account all the aspects on which the lower court has given its verdict. The High Court will also see the extent to which Murder has been convicted.

May 16, 2008 – Arushi found dead in L-32 flat of Noida Jalvayu Vihar.
May 17, 2008 – Early suspicion on the servant Hemraj, after the body of Hemraj found on the flat roof.
May 23, 2008 – Arushi’s father, Dr. Rajesh Talwar, arrested for double murder.
May 31, 2008 – Mayawati government then transferred case to CBI.
12 July 2008 – Dr Rajesh Talwar was granted bail in absence of evidence.
December 29, 2010 – CBI files closure report in court due to lack of evidence.
9 February 2011 – Closure Report dismisses, Court asks to run case on Talwars.
March 14, 2012 – CBI appeals to dismiss Rajesh Talwar’s bail.
April 30, 2012 – CBI arrests Dr Nupur Talwar, mother of Arushi.
May 3, 2012 – Court dismisses bail of Dr Nupur Talwar from sessions court.
September 25, 2012 – Nupur Talwar gets bail on Supreme Court orders.
18 October 2013 – CBI in court told that the Talwar couple misled the investigation.
November 25, 2013 – Court convicted Rajesh and Nupur Talwar for double murder.
November 26, 2013 – Rajesh and Nupur Talwar sentenced to life imprisonment, both of them sentenced to jail.
Why The Talwar Couple Was Finally Convicted?
This case was very mysterious police did not found anything in this case, and then the CBI so much that it reached the court without any concrete results. Whatever happened during the court proceedings has happened in only a few cases in this country. This unique case was made. It was not known who had killed Arushi and Hemraj and why there was a bigger question about the murder.
