Many Projects Will Lay In The Foundation

In view of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bihar visit, security arrangements have been tightened from Patna to Mokama. While Modi will take part in the centenary celebrations of the Patna University, at the same time, the work of various road projects in Mokama, 100 km away from Patna, will be started. Last time Narendra Modi’s meeting reached Patna’s Gandhi Maidan to address the election rally, there were bomb blasts and many killed and several people were injured. This time SPG’s team has also reached the site to take stock of security arrangements.
In the security of the Prime Minister, 2000 police personnel were deployed, which will be available from Patna to Mokama Apart from this, hundreds of officers of the police and other departments will continue to get information from time to time.
According to the program Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach Patna airport at 10:40 am from Delhi 9:10 am on special aircraft of Air Force. Meanwhile, the traffic system from Patna to Mokama will remain completely disrupted. The roads will be closed for the common people till 9 PM from the arrival and departure of the Prime Minister. Along with the Patna Mokama, there has been a ban on the arrival of big trains.

On the stage with the Prime Minister, many old students of Patna University will be present, who today became Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, Union Minister, Minister of State and MP. Apart from Nitish Kumar, Sushil Modi, Ravi Shankar Pradhan, Ram Vilas Paswan, Upendra Kushwaha, Ashwani Choubey, the current Vice-Chancellor Dr Ras Bihari Singh has been a student of this University.

Many Projects Will Lay The Foundation

Modi will lay the foundation of four sewerage projects and four national highway projects in Bihar during his visit. Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Conservation Ministry have informed that the cost of four water extraction projects is Rs. 738 crore and the cost of four national highways is 3031 crore rupees.

The foundation stone of all these projects will be in Mokama, in addition to the Prime Minister, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari will also be present.

Will Give To Bihar

After the centenary celebrations of the University Centenary, the Prime Minister will depart for the airport at 12.15 hrs. From there, they will go to Mokama in the helicopter, where they will launch some schemes of 4000 crore rupees. Among them, four projects worth Rs 3031 crore related to the National Highway and three projects of Rs 738.04 crore have been laid. The Prime Minister will also address a public meeting in Mokama At 2 PM, the Prime Minister will leave for Patna airport from where he will depart for 3.10 PM.

This will be the second Prime Minister’s visit since the JDU-BJP coalition government in Bihar. This is the first time after the formation of the government, when Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will be present in a public show.

However, this festival is not untouched by the controversy. BJP leader and BJP MP from Patna Sahib Lok Sabha seat Shatrughan Sinha says that despite being a local MP, he did not get an invite for the festival, due to which he is hurt. At the same time Patna University vice-chancellor says that Shatrughan Sinha has also been invited to the program.

Lalu Prasad, chief of Rashtriya Janata Dal will not take part in this despite getting the invitation for the celebration. Lalu, his wife Rabri Devi and son Tejashwi Yadav have been in Delhi for a week. They are facing the questions of the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Income Tax Department and CBI almost every day.
At the same time Patna University’s students demand that the Prime Minister should announce the status of Central University to the University during his visit, which once had the glorification of Bihar, he could get that glory again.
