The Supreme Court has pulls West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The Supreme Court says how the state government can challenge the law passed by the Central Government. Not only this, the court also said that Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee should file a petition separately in this case but how can she challenge the Center’s law in which amendment has been passed in Parliament. Apart from Mamta Banerjee, many people had filed petitions in the court against linking mobile to the Aadhaar, after which the court has raised some important questions before the Mamta Banerjee government.

Mamata Banerjee Opposed The Decision

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Wednesday strongly opposed the decision of linking the central government with mobile Sim, saying that even if her connection was cut, she will not give her Aadhaar number to the telecom company. He said in the meeting of the extended Core Committee of the party, “It is the central government’s strategy to interfere in the privacy of the people. I think we should not give the Aadhaar numbers to mobile companies. “Mamta said,”If our mobile connections are disconnected for this, then let it happen. I challenge that I will not give my Aadhaar number even if my connection is cut. I do not care about it.
Describing this initiative as encroachment in the public’s privacy, the Trinamool chief said that the central government is interfering in the private life of the people and is ending their independence. Banerjee said, “For security reasons the Aadhaar may be necessary for the banks, but they are also asking for a Aadhaar number for the mobile phone connection.” She said that this means that the private conversation between husband and wife is also tapped can be done. The right to privacy of people is being abolished. People under this government have no rights.
She said, “The government has no right to access all our personal information. Now what are they going to do next? In March this year, the Department of Telecommunications had instructed all mobile service provider companies to verify their Aadhaar and biometric information twice with their existing customers. These companies have been asked to do this work till the beginning of next year.
West Bengal Chief Minister and Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee said on Wednesday that she will not link her mobile number to the base. He said, ‘I will not link my mobile number to the base, if those people want to close my mobile number then do it, but I will not link to the base.’ Along with this, Mamta has appealed to the rest of the people to accompany her. Mamta said this while addressing party workers in Calcutta’s Nigrul Manch.

She said, “I appeal to the rest of the people to come forward in this matter. Our personal privacy is being attacked by linking the basis from mobile number. If the Aadhaar is linked to the mobile number then the matter between the husband and wife will be made public. There are some personal matters that you cannot make public. ‘Explain that the Department of Telecom had issued the order linking the mobile from March 23. The Chief Minister of West Bengal has since been opposing linking the base with the mobile number. With this, Mamta also said that TMC is going to celebrate black day on November 8 and a rally will also be taken with black flag throughout the state.

Aadhar Link Last Date

Like the bank account, the government has made it mandatory to add the Aadhar to the mobile number. If not link to both, the mobile number will be closed after a certain date. If you have not yet linked, do so, otherwise your number will be closed after 28 February 2018. However, on Wednesday, the government has said in the Supreme Court that it is ready to extend the date of linking of various services from March 31, 2018 to various services.
